About Us

Our club was founded in 1967, and since our inception, we have continued to thrive with an active membership, swim team and constant improvements to our facility. At Watermont you really get that welcoming family-feel. With limited membership, our pool is never too crowded and you get to know your neighbors at the pool.

Our pool is a not for profit organization, which is limited to 350 family memberships total. Members buy a bond (or membership) in the 1st year that is sold when they leave to the next family or individual on the Waiting List.

Any member of the community may apply and join our pool, there are no boundary or home ownership requirements for our pool. If children wish to join the swim team, their family must have a full family membership at Watermont in order to compete in CMSL Division 1.

If you would like to apply for membership, please complete the membership application below. Please note the $150 Application Fee is non-refundable but is credited towards the purchase of your bond when you are offered membership.

Membership Application

NOTE: As of August 6, 2024, we have 132 families on the waiting list. 41 new families joined for 2024.

At this point, new members of the waiting list can expect to be offered membership in 2026 or 2027.

Swim Team

The Watermont Bullfrogs are a summer swim team participating in the Central Maryland Swim League. Our focus is safety, fun, sportsmanship, and competitive swimming. Our primary concern is the safety of each swimmer in and out of the pool. We encourage team unity and bonding through pep rallies and family-centered activities. Finally, our experienced coaches work with swimmers at their ability level to improve confidence, stroke technique, and endurance.

The Bullfrogs participate in 5 dual team swim meets with other Division 1 teams (Springlake, North St. John’s, Forest Hill, South Carroll, Hammond Park). Additionally, we swim at the Warrior Classic at Wynnewood, The Straehle Invitational at Four Seasons, and The Division 1 Championship Meet. These meets provide opportunities for team bonding and swimmers to compete with swimmers of similar ability levels.

The cost of swim team is $145 (per season) for our Tadpole group and $160 (per season) for competitive swimmers. Additionally, all swim team members must have a family membership at the pool.
