Please use this form to pre-register for Middle School Night, Friday August 30th, 2024, 7pm - 9:30pm.

Watermont members as well as all community members with students in rising grades 6-8 are invited to attend.

This registration is fully refundable if the event must be canceled for any reason. If you aren't able to pre-register, cash will be accepted at the door.

Soda, water bottles, snacks, and candy will be provided and are included in admission. If you are concerned your middle schooler may overindulge in caffeinated drinks and candy, please consider volunteering at the event so you can monitor that.

Please complete this form once for each middle schooler attending when information is different (different emergency contact or different membership type)
